BLOOD DRIVE COMMITTEES

ON - CAMPUS COMMITTEE
The On - Campus Committee is in charge of informing residence halls about the Blood Drive's dates and times, planning the distribution of marketing materials, and organizing programs for academic incentives!

LOGISTICS & OPERATIONS COMMITTEE
The Logistics and Operations Committee is in charge of informing Ames, Iowa State Alumni, and the Iowa State Greek Community about the Drive, overseeing the logistical flow of the event, and ensuring it runs efficiently.

SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE
The Sponsorship Committee is in charge of soliciting donations from businesses in the area, working with businesses and organizations to provide resources for the drive, and receiving donations (food, drinks, prizes).

FUNDRAISING & CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
The Fundraising Committee is in charge of asking local businesses to support, "give - back" nights, in which proceeds benefit the Blood Drive. They are also responsible for setting up fundraising events.

PARTNERSHIP & OUTREACH COMMITTEE
The Partnership and Outreach Committee is in charge of managing and controlling the online sign-up, check-in and explanation of volunteer positions to volunteers, and working with other organizations in helping our event be successful.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE
The Public Relations Committee is in charge of contacting local news and radio stations, updating all social media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Wix Website), and coordination of all other media and marketing relations for the Blood Drive.

DESIGN COMMITTEE
The Design Committee is in charge of designing the logo, promotional materials and t-shirts for the Blood Drive. The members of this committee are all familiar with various graphic design software.
TREASURER COMMITTEE

The Treasurer Committee is responsible for collecting dues and managing all Blood Drive payments before, after, and throughout the drive.
OFF CAMPUS COMMITTEE

The Off Campus Committee is responsible for all off-campus outreach activities, including tabling at off-campus events and reaching out to local businesses.
